BENEFITS OF ENCAPSULATION
Reported benefits of placenta encapsulation include an increased breast milk production, reduced postpartum bleeding, less anxiety and depression, increased energy, replenished iron, balancing of hormones, and more.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
First, we recommend checking in with your provider regarding placenta encapsulation and protocols and sharing your plans. Once you're ready to schedule placenta encapsulation with us, we ask that you send us an email with your name, due date, planned birthing place, and phone number. We then add you to our list and will expect your text or call after the delivery. Once you let us know that you have given birth we will come and pick up the placenta from you to encapsulate. We typically finish and drop it back off to you within a week to your home.
PRICE
The price of placenta encapsulation is $250 and payment is due once we deliver the placenta to you. Each placenta comes with a complimentary umbilical cord keepsake.
Add ons:
We can make chocolates instead of capsules for an additional $50.
A placenta print keepsake is an additional $20.
We can make a placenta tincture for an additional $20.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, Paypal, and Venmo.
